We'll help you find resources and advice to implement Lean & 6-Sigma in your organization.
We offer:

We are a group of local Lean-Sigma “practitioners”. We're employed by local companies implementing Lean and 6-Sigma processes. We feel these processes are so vital to our survival as an industrial nation that we want everybody to know and use them. We also think this stuff is pretty cool, so you might consider us “Lean-Sigma Nerds”. We’d love to get obscenely rich by answering your questions and teaching you how to do Lean-Sigma. Unfortunately, that plan doesn’t seem to be working, so we’ll settle for simply helping you use these very useful tools in your business. Our reward will come when you can make your operation run better by using the help we provide.
Hopefully, once you have successfully started to implement Lean and 6-Sigma, you will join us in helping to educate others in these techniques. We'd love to hear about your success stories. (We'd also be interested in hearing about your failures, since that's when you really learn about something.)
If you just have a couple of questions about how to approach Lean, or you're confused about what the heck an "F Statistic" is, you can send us an eMail, or corner one of our Lean Practitioners after church some Sunday. And if you need a lot of high-powered help, you can contact one of the local consulting companies for the more expensive type of help.
